Over the years as new children and families join the Just 4 Tots family, I am often asked questions about friendship.  For example, “Has he made friends yet?” “Does she play with her friends?”   This information sheet explains how children develop the skills to play with their friends.

While play can seem simple and fun, it is so much more.  This information sheet explains the seriousness behind learning through play and why it is essential for children's development.

Leaving your child in care when they are upset whether its for the first time (or even the millionth time) is never easy.  This information sheet explains what separation anxiety is and some tips that might help both you and your child!

There is more research than I can quote here that highlights the importance of the first 5 years of a child’s life and brain development.  In fact, in the first 5 years of a child’s life their brain develops at a pace that is not experienced again in their lives.  Most of this development happens as they build relationships and learn through play.
